Based on availability, we will be happy to consider your room requests.\u00a0<\/p>

The rooms may differ slightly from the pictures and sketches shown in terms of floor plan, decoration and equipment.<\/p>

All prices are per room \u00a0with buffet breakfast in the morning.\u00a0<\/p>

We also charge a city tax, to be paid locally, per person (aged 18 and over) per night for a maximum of one week.<\/p>

Low Season 01 \/ 10-31 \/ 05 Euro 1.00<\/p>

On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 14:00. If you arrive after 19:00, we kindly ask you to let us know.<\/p>

At the time of booking we ask for a deposit of 30% of the reservation per room, which can be made by credit card or bank transfer:<\/p>

Cancellation terms:<\/p>

High season:<\/p>

For reservations, the following rules apply:<\/p>

\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0In case of no-show, modification or cancellation made up to 7 days from the date of arrival, no cost will be charged.<\/p>

\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0In the event of a no show, modification or cancellation made after this deadline, the cost of the entire stay will be charged.<\/p>

Mid and Low Season:<\/p>

For reservations, the following rules apply:<\/p>

If you wish, you can bring your four-legged friend to the hotel (free of charge), we ask you to bring a blanket and a bowl for food. Please understand that your pet cannot sleep on the bed or sofa. We reserve the right to charge an end-of-stay cleaning fee and apply for dog liability insurance in case of damage.<\/p>
